About 15.2 cm stretched, from the largest measurement study in South America. Solé 2022 measured 800 men at four hospitals across the country, and published a 95 % confidence interval of 11 to 18.5 cm alongside the mean. That interval is 7.5 cm wide. The whole claimed world map spans 7.9 cm.
The claim runs 0.30 cm below the measurement, and the two do not measure the same thing: the claim says erect, the study measured stretched. There is no accepted way to convert between them.
What was actually measured in Argentina?
Read those two numbers together before anything else on this page. A single well-conducted national study, 800 men, four hospitals, clinicians holding the ruler, reports an uncertainty range that very nearly covers the entire distance between the highest and lowest claimed country averages on earth. Every viral map of penis size by country is drawing distinctions inside a band that the best South American study cannot resolve.
The study itself is good work. Flaccid length 11.4 cm, flaccid circumference 10.1 cm, stretched length 15.2 cm, measured by clinicians in urology patients across four sites rather than one clinic in one city. The claimed figure of 14.9 cm sits just under it, which makes Argentina one of the countries where the map is roughly right, and roughly right about a stretched measurement it has labelled erect.
Solé also went looking for the correlations everyone assumes exist and did not find them. Penile size showed little or no relationship with height, weight or foot length in these 800 men. That contradicts Veale 2015, which found a pooled height correlation somewhere between 0.2 and 0.6. Two credible studies, opposite conclusions, and the folk version of the claim outlives both.
How does that compare with the rest of the world?
The claim puts Argentina 43rd of 119 countries on the ranked list. Here is that number set against the figures that come with a method attached.

That last interval is 6.20 cm wide,

country to one decimal place. Read those two sentences together and you have the
entire problem with penis size by country.
How many men does the claim cover?
800 measured → 17,000,000 described
800 men in Argentina appear in the studies this register could locate. The claimed figure is applied to roughly 17,000,000 adult men: one measured man for every 21,250.
Where would you land in Argentina?
Against the claimed figure, because that is the number people mean when they ask. It
is the weaker of the two numbers above, and the calculator says so. Everything is
computed in your browser and nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere.

What should you take from this?
Argentina is the best argument on this site against ranking countries at all. The country with the strongest study in its continent cannot pin its own average down inside seven and a half centimetres, and the map above it prints 119 countries to one decimal place.
The foot-size thing has no support here either, for whatever that is worth to anyone who arrived looking for it.

The nearest countries with an entry of their own here.
Nearer still, and with nothing to show: Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay. Those
countries carry a claimed figure on every map and no located study behind it, so they
have no page here. The method page lists all of them.
